  1. 1.Human Rights:
Human rights, are for all of us. equal and without discrimination. It is a freedom of individuals or group. to advocate human rights is to demand that the human dignity of all people be respected.
In the book of Child and Adolescent Development by Anonat.
2.Right to education promote and develop the right of every person to access the good quality of education without discrimination. As an educator my responsibilty is to give wealth information/knowledge to students as well as to understand the issue.because education is a powerful tool to lift on poverty economically and socially to participate as fully citizens. Right to health and the right to life is the child’s right to sustained and equal access to comprehensive treatment and affordable medicines. also educate the parents and their children as to guarantee them a better quality of life, proper nutrition of child's growth and development.children must give consideration to the best interest in decision making.

    3. Why are these laws important?
    a. R.A 9344- Act Establishing a Comprehensive Juvenile Justice and Welfare System
    b. R.A 7610- The Special Protection of Children Against Child Abuse
    c. R.A 7658- An Act Prohibiting the Employment of Children Below 15 Years of Age
    d. R.A 8049- An Act Regulating Hazing and Other Forms of Initiation Rites in Fraternities, Sororities and other Organizations and Providing Penalties Therefore
    e. R.A 8353- Anti-Rape Law of 1997

educators, parents and guardians and concerned citizens must be knowledgeable about these laws. It is the kind of works that children could learn from to protect their lives, body dignity and honor. Children's rights must be respected and exercised.
